  • In the aggregate, BESTIS concentrates on provision of complex sets of technical, managing, control and organization services needed for construction of big industrial projects of foreign investors abroad, and that is from the moment of the first idea proposal through its design phase, realization in the building site, and finishing by handing-over by means of operation tests of the verified construction and technology in it, up to the full operation plant to the investor – i.e. our Client.
  • If we conclude a warranty and after-warranty service contract with a Client, then we fulfil it.
  • Before beginning a construction, we plan in this place the needed range of and necessary accessories of the building-site equipment arrangement, develop appropriate drawing documentation for it and ensure construction and practical equipment of the complex of buildings and offices, as well as settle placement and equipment of the storehouses.
  • We manage development of separate stages of the project documentation, afterwards we provide management of the proper construction of the building and technological part of the project; further we supervise tests of separate machine and consequent tests of partial functional complexes of the technology, as well as the tests of entire technology.
  • Also we simultaneously provide professional handing-over of the complete set of spare parts for the delivered technology to the Client’s hands.
  • Beside of that we check acquisition of actual appropriate technical and accompanying documentations in accordance with the state at site within construction and after realization of the construction as well, and once more after full commissioning.
  • Remotely from the place of construction, BESTIS repeatedly expertly inspects and demonstrates quality of sub-supplies for the construction, and that is directly from manufacturers throughout the world; we are experts for expediting of their production.
  • Near the building site and in the building site itself we correctly negotiate with the local authorities of the public administration, and during a time of construction we helpfully maintain positive relationship with them, inform them regularly of the course of construction and call them to the regular site meetings.
  • We also negotiate with local organizations touched by the construction that manage the infrastructure related to the construction, and of course always negotiate with inspectors of authorities of the government professional supervisions, which exist in the corresponding given state and which are in charge of our project.
  • Daily BESTIS evaluates the logbook with daily records of activities performed in the building site and regularly periodically develops reporting from the building site with a written description of the actual procedure of works completed by photo documentation of the presently achieved state, by a description of events in the sector of labor safety and with explanation of the plans of procedure of the work for the nearest future period of time. BESTIS does it both for the Client’s needs, and for the needs of the design center as well.
  • BESTIS manages all building, mounting, as well as testing and trial processes essentially to avoid always and in time all possible problems in site.
  • Using the above mentioned concept, BESTIS immediately bravely deal with already incurred problems and settle them by itself quickly, cleverly and brightly, and remove them reliably and effectively.
  • Possible bigger and more significant problems during construction in parallel with our systematically intensive and forced work related to their removal are declared, in every possible way documented and settled by us together with the design center and with the project management center, whereas we propose methods of their best settlement with detail knowledge of conditions in the building site.
  • After full finishing the construction and works related to it, BESTIS solves deactivation of the building site equipment arrangement and will hand over the areas provided by the Client for this equipment back to its administration.
